OK, so you have problems with your graphic card .

  1. P: Your graphic card  just won't start.
  2. S: Check if it is properly plugged in the slot in your computer...
  3. S: Check if all the cables are plugged in...

  5. S: Try adjusting the frequency in Control Panel->Display->Settings
